When Can I Update My Benefits
You can update your benefits when you are experiencing a change due to marriage, divorce, and/or having a baby. If you're expecting a baby, visit Marvell's Growing Families page to learn more about what benefits can support you and your family.
Updating Your Marvell Benefits
Whether you are updating your benefits due to marriage, divorce, and/or having a baby, you have 30 days from the date of the event to make all changes. You can submit a request to update your benefits by following the below steps.
- Submit an HR Case within 30 days of the event taking place.
- Please share what type of event you are experiencing (marriage, divorce, having a baby)
- The date it the event took place
- The change you would like to make (add or remove dependent)
Upon receiving your ticket, a Benefits team member will initiate the change process.
