Have a friend who would be a great fit at Marvell? Refer a candidate and receive a bonus depending on the position for which the employee is hired, between $1,000 and $2,500.

  • Submit a resume through the Refer a Candidate portal in Workday (Workday > search "Refer a Candidate") before the applicant applies online. 
  • When an employee submits a resume through Workday, Marvell’s applicant tracking system will date stamp the submission. The submission will be valid for six months from the stamp date.
  • If the applicant is hired and both you and the New Hire are still working at Marvell after 30 days then you will receive the Referral Bonus.
