PERKS Employee Tuition Reimbursement


Marvell encourages employees to enhance their education by earning a formal degree. Employees can be reimbursed for up to $6,500 CAD per year for courses toward a formal degree, (i.e., Bachelors, Masters, Ph.D.). The courses must be approved by Manager, VP, and HR prior to beginning the course through the Tuition Reimbursement request portal in Employee Self Service.

In order to qualify for reimbursement:

  • You must submit your Tuition Reimbursement request via Employee Self Service and receive approval prior to the start of your course
  • You must receive a grade of "B" or better
  • Submit a copy of your receipts and grades within 45 days of the completion of the course

Seminars, Conferences And Certification Courses

Marvell supports employees in their professional development by offering reimbursement for certification courses, conferences, and seminars. Each course requires Manager Approval and will be paid out of the departmental budget. Provisions and limitations may be put in place by the Manager or VP and are at their discretion. If approved prior to the start of the course, transportation and associated travel expenses may also be reimbursable.
