• Sometimes, a "thank you" doesn't say quite enough. When someone's influence helps change everything for the better or an employee brings a Core Behavior to life in an inspiring way, they can be nominated by a people manager.

So, when we recognize a work anniversary, we go all in to celebrate how you've helped transform things for the better as we invent the future, together.

During significant Marvell career milestones, we'll celebrate your personal achievements with a unique award. Starting with your five-year anniversary and then every five years thereafter, you'll receive a personalized yearbook with congratulations from colleagues. Along with an award of your choice, you'll also receive a custom keepsake: a memento to commemorate your work anniversary to display at work or home.
