Activate Your Account
1. Download Cleo from the App Store by searching “Cleo for Families” or scanning the QR code.
- Once you have registered on your mobile device, you can then access your messaging center on your web browser by visiting hicleo.com and logging in using your work email and password.
- From there, you’ll create your login using your Marvell email address.
- Add your family members to your account for any shared caregiving responsibilities and to view your shared family calendar.
- While activating your account, you will have the option to add a partner or other caregiver.
- If you have already activated your account, you can add a family member by navigating to your profile on the bottom right toolbar and selecting the “+” symbol.
- Answer a few questions about your family’s needs to be matched with your Cleo Guide.
