Find Caregivers With Your Care.com Membership
Search for care for your adult loved one using your free membership to Care.com. With your Care.com membership you can post a job online, search for care providers, run background checks, and check references. Day Care FSA
If your adult dependent lives with you and requires care while you (and your spouse) are at work or looking for work, you may be eligible to use pre-tax dollars to pay for care expenses. Learn more on the Day Care FSA page of this website.

Caring for the Caregiver
Caring for a sick adult relative can be a full-time job, on top of other demands at home and work. Make sure you are taking time to care for yourself. Marvell offers free, confidential counseling services and Anthem members also have free access to virtual counseling appointments through LiveHealth Online.
Employees who wish to participate in the Volunteer Time Off Program and/or the Company Match Program may search for eligible charitable organizations to make donations, request company match dollars, and find volunteer opportunities by accessing the Employee Giving and Volunteer Portal.

Marvell’s Volunteer Time Off Program offers employees up to 3 days or 24 hours of paid time off to volunteer at eligible organizations that align with Marvell’s philanthropy pillars*. Manager approval is required prior to participating in this Program.
Employees who volunteer 3 or more hours will earn a volunteer grant of $20 per hour (up to $200 USD per year) to be donated to an eligible non-profit.

New hires will receive a $20 cause card to be donated to an eligible non-profit of their choice in the program. An email with instructions on how to use the cause card will be sent within the first month of hire.
