You can access Cleo for self-care and caring for others — from the time you are family planning through raising a teen and caregiving for an adult loved one. When you sign up, you are matched with a Cleo Guide who will provide 1:1 personalized virtual support and guidance at every step along the way.
Get Started With Cleo
Activate Your Account
1. Download Cleo from the App Store by searching “Cleo for Families” or scanning the QR code.
- Once you have registered on your mobile device, you can then access your messaging center on your web browser by visiting hicleo.com and logging in using your work email and password.
- From there, you’ll create your login using your Marvell email address.
- Add your family members to your account for any shared caregiving responsibilities and to view your shared family calendar.
- While activating your account, you will have the option to add a partner or other caregiver.
- If you have already activated your account, you can add a family member by navigating to your profile on the bottom right toolbar and selecting the “+” symbol.
- Answer a few questions about your family’s needs to be matched with your Cleo Guide.

When you create your account with Cleo, you will be matched with a guide who will provide 1:1 personalized virtual support and guidance at every step along the way.

A Cleo guide is a real person who is dedicated to supporting you. You can message or set up a phone/video call with your guide at any time to discuss anything that you need support with. All Cleo guides have extensive experience working with individuals and families to address needs like yours.
