Sign up your team of six for the fall Engage step challenge! Sync your fitness tracker or manually add activities to be converted to steps and then see your team's position on the leaderboard improve every time you move!

Who Can Participate
- All employees and interns in the U.S. and Canada.
- In the U.S., adult dependents (spouses/domestic partners and children) who are enrolled in a Marvell benefit (medical, dental, vision, or life insurance) can also access Engage.
How Do I Participate?
- Step 1: Register
- Register for Engage (if you haven't already).
- Employees can log in via Okta SSO through the desktop or by downloading the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. Eligible dependents can register at engage-wellbeing.com.
- Step 2: Create or Join a Team
- Starting April 17, register for the challenge then create your own team or join a team with your colleagues.
- Take on the role of team captain (if you are interested) and lead your team to glory! Captains are responsible for selecting the team's name and avatar, managing team players, motivating teammates, and celebrating wins big and small.
- Teams can consist of up to 6 people.
- Earn up to 20 gems BEFORE the challenge even begins by inviting colleagues to join. You'll earn one gem for each friend that's invited.
- Starting April 17, register for the challenge then create your own team or join a team with your colleagues.
- Step 3: Goals of Challenge
- Get movin' and sync your fitness tracker. You can also manually add fitness activities as well as use the step converter to have your bike ride, swim, gardening, etc. counted towards the challenge. Steps are converted to gems and the team with the most gems wins. You can earn up to 29 gems per day.
- Gem point system: Gems are used as a point system in unlocking levels for the next stage of the challenge.

- Step 4: Have Fun!
- Review your team's ranking and cheer (or jeer) your teammates through the in-app chat feature!
What's in it for Me?
- The top 5 teams at the end of the challenge will be announced on the #benefitswellness-us / #benefitswellness-canada Slack channel and get bragging rights, but the point of this challenge is to move daily.
- At the end of the challenge, we’ll raffle off five $50 Amazon gift cards for employees who synced or manually added their activities every day of the challenge.
- Points! The more steps you take, the more points you collect within the Engage app. You can redeem points for a $100 gift card annually, donate, or put points towards quarterly sweepstakes for additional gift cards. Learn more here.
