All Marvell employees now have free access to ActiveGO, an on-demand video library of fitness classes and personal training workouts, including yoga, circuit training, boxing, senior programs, strength training, and more. View the registration options via MyMarvell.
To encourage Marvell employees to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through physical fitness during the COVID-19 pandemic, Marvell is providing all employees worldwide a reimbursement for on-line fitness memberships. In the U.S., employees may request a reimbursement of $30/month. Review the full policy on the HR Services website.
Modern Health: Marvell believes that you should be able to get the type of care you need for your personal well-being when you need it. Marvell's free program for employees through Modern Health makes this easy by helping you proactively build mindfulness habits into your life through evidence-based cognitive behavioral treatments. Employees and their dependents have access to 6 coaching and 6 counseling sessions, plus unlimited access to the digital platform with self-guided programs, meditations, and mindfulness courses. Learn more on the ReThink page of this site. Taking care of yourself and accepting support can help you have more patience during this time. Rethink is a free employee benefit that gives your family 24/7 access to tools and resources to help you in understanding, teaching and better communicating with your child. ReThink specializes in helping care for children with learning, social or behavioral challenges.
2nd.MD: Need help accessing mental health services through your medical plan? Marvell's free concierge medical service through 2nd.MD (available for employees plus extended family members) can help you find high quality in-network professionals for your insurance plan.
