Your well-being is important—for your own sake, of course, but also for the sake of everyone around you. By strengthening your emotional resilience, you’re better able to show up for the people who mean the most to you.

You’ve occasionally felt agitated or irritable. Or you’ve noticed these symptoms in a family member
Sometimes you’re just not feeling yourself and you could use someone to talk to. Modern Health coaches can support you, your spouse/domestic partner and your children ages 18 and up with relatively minor issues like everyday stress and anxiety. You can start out with six free private coaching sessions via a video call and then get additional free sessions if you’d like to continue your conversations.
You may also want to check out the courses offered by Modern Health through their app or website (registration instructions below). They can help you navigate a specific topic, like stress management or meditation for better sleep, through video content and assignments.
And don’t forget your time off options! Sometimes taking a day or two off from work can go a long way toward helping you recharge.

- Download the Modern Health app from the App Store or Google Play and register by selecting “Using SSO?” below the login box (use your Marvell email address to register). Or go to the Modern Health SSO page.
- Answer a few questions about yourself.
- Receive a personalized recommendation, which will include a variety of tools and resources to help you focus on personal development and improve your quality of life.
You’ve been feeling anxious or depressed for days on end, and it’s starting to interfere with your daily routine. Or you’ve noticed these symptoms in a family member
We all get stressed from time to time. If you’re experiencing a high level of stress or depression on a regular basis, to the point that it starts affecting your quality of life, you may want to talk to a licensed professional. Modern Health therapists are licensed clinicians who can help you, your spouse/domestic partner and your children ages 6 and up with longer-lasting, more serious issues. You can start out with six free in-person* or virtual therapy sessions and then get additional free sessions if you’d like to continue your conversations.
You may also want to explore the additional provided through your Marvell health plan, including telemedicine options.

Few of us have been socializing nearly as much as we’d like. And feeling isolated from our communities can take a serious toll on our health. Modern Health Circles are live community sessions led by Modern Health therapists and coaches. Circles give you the chance to explore important topics in a safe, supportive group setting.

How the drawing works: During the Circles listed below, participants will be given the opportunity to submit their name and email towards the drawing.
