- Complete a brief, confidential wellness questionnaire to receive personalized care recommendations.
- Review the selection of high-quality coaches and/or therapists who are matched to your needs.
- Book an in-person or virtual appointment as early as the next day or begin using the available self-directed care apps.

Who’s Eligible to Use Lyra Health
As a Marvell employee, you, your legal spouse or domestic partner, and children ages 0+ are eligible to receive Lyra Health services. You don’t need to be enrolled in a Marvell medical plan to participate.* Interns are also eligible to use Lyra Health services.
* Lyra's Medication Management and continued care support (beyond the allotment of 8 free sessions) are billed through the Marvell Anthem medical plans. This means sessions are subject to in-network outpatient mental health cost-sharing as defined under your medical plan. - Have unlimited free access to Lyra’s online and virtual resources through the Lyra app or website.
- Can each access up to 8 no-cost sessions with your Lyra therapist or coach each year.

Lyra Coaching: Find someone on your side
Meet with a Lyra coach to get to the root of your challenges, gain new insights, and see things through a new lens. Between sessions, your coach will give you activities and strategies to help you build on what you learn and is available for you to message if anything comes up. As new challenges arise, you can discuss them with your coach and come up with strategies for lasting change. Employees and family members 18+ have access to 8 coaching or therapy sessions each year.

Lyra Therapy: Dive Deeper
Connect with a Lyra therapist who will diagnose your condition and identify thoughts, behaviors, and strong emotions that can lead to severe depression, eating disorders, or PTSD. Each session, your therapist will introduce new skills with exercises and lessons so you can build tools to find lasting change and feel more like yourself again. Employees and family members 0+ have access to 8 coaching or therapy sessions each year.

Lyra Health works only with providers who practice evidence-based techniques (therapies that have been rigorously tested in scientific studies and proven to work). Evidence-based therapies include:

Lyra's Advanced Care Programs
Medication Management (Anthem only)
If you’re enrolled in a Marvell Anthem plan, you can access evidence-based medication management through Lyra. This includes an in-depth 90-minute consultation to diagnose your condition and discuss which medications are right for you. Ongoing physician support and symptom tracking help you get and stay on the path to feeling better.
This program is available for employees and their family members of all ages enrolled in a Marvell Anthem plan.
Advanced Care Coordination
For complex needs, receive personalized assistance accessing higher levels of care. A Lyra Care Navigator will support you in finding in-patient care, including verifying bed availability, and determining insurance status. You’ll receive support throughout the transition into in-patient care, including family support and education.
Lyra Renew (18+)
Lyra’s substance use and mental health recovery program offers virtual therapy, medication to fight cravings, and confidential group sessions to support people struggling with alcohol addiction or looking to reduce their drinking.
Lyra Blended Care DBT for Suicidality (Anthem only, 18+)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is proven effective in reducing suicide risk and self-injury. Lyra provides 24/7 on-call, DBT support for members struggling with these issues, along with care from Lyra’s DBT experts through one-on-one and group sessions, medication, and tools to help assess and track progress.
This program is available for employees and their family members ages 18+ enrolled in a Marvell Anthem plan.
