WHEN YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE BOTH WORK FOR MARVELL
If you and your spouse both work for Marvell, you may not enroll for dual coverage under the medical, dental, vision, life and/or AD&D plans. That is, neither one of you can be enrolled both as an employee and as a dependent. Your dependent children may be enrolled under either parent, but not both parents.
WHEN YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE/DOMESTIC PARTNER BOTH HAVE EMPLOYER PROVIDED COVERAGE
Most employer health care plans have limitations so that you would not receive full benefits under two plans. To see how Marvell plans coordinate with other plans, contact the Benefits Information Center or refer to the Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs). You should compare all of your options and select the coverage that is best for you and your family.
