UPDATING YOUR MARVELL BENEFITS
Make sure to review the below items to make sure your benefits and information with Marvell is up-to-date.
Whether you are removing an ex-spouse from your benefits or adding yourself to Marvell's benefits after losing coverage, login at Benefits Enrollment Site within 31 days of the life event, click on link Family Change and follow the steps outlined. After you submit the changes you will receive an email from Marvell's benefits administrator, Proview, within 1 - 2 days asking for proof documentation of the life event. Once Proview reviews the proof documentation your benefit changes will be complete. Your ex-spouses coverage will run through the end of the month of the divorce.
