ILLNESS/INJURY SUPPORT SERVICES

When you are sick or injured, the most important thing is knowing what your time off options are and that your family will be financially cared for. Please review the documents on the HR Service Center to schedule a time to talk to the Leave of Absence Manager about how Marvell can support you.

Medical Leave: If you need time off due to your own serious medical condition, see your options on the HR Service Center at least one month before you will need time off. If your time off is unforeseen, please create your case as soon as possible. You may be eligible for job-protected time off and disability insurance coverage while you are unable to work due to your medical condition.

Care.com’s Family Care Resources: Care.com’s Backup Care for adults can help provide a caregiver while you are out of the office – whether you need help with transportation, household chores while you are unable to move around, or someone to help make sure you are cared for during the day.
