We are very excited to have you join Marvell. This website has an overview of the benefits offered to all U.S. employees. Please take some time to review all the programs offered to support you and your family as a Marvell employee. You can find all the program information in the tabs at the top of this website.
As October 5, you will be able to begin your benefits enrollment and you will have 31 days to complete it. The benefits you choose during this enrollment period will be the benefits you have from October 5, 2021 through the end of the year. As of October 18, Marvell begins their Annual Open Enrollment, you will have an opportunity to make benefit elections for 2022. All your benefit elections from 2021 will rollover to 2022, with the exception of flexible spending accounts (FSA).

Who can enroll in Marvell benefits?
- Full-time employees (30+ hours/week)
- Employees on 60-day WARN notice period
- Spouse/Domestic Partner
- Children up to age 26
