WELCOME TO MARVELL! WE ARE EXCITED TO HAVE YOU ONBOARD
You should have already been through New Hire Orientation, where you learned about your Marvell Benefits and heard from other departments within the company. We know you have a lot on your mind as you adjust to your new role at Marvell. The checklist below will help you in completing the necessary items in order to enroll you and your family in our benefits plan during your first 31 days.
Your First 31 Days:

Step 1
ELECT BENEFITS
Elect your benefits for the remainder of the calendar year within 31 days of your start date.
Enroll Now
Note: Wait until Wednesday of your first week to access the Benefits Enrollment site via Okta SSO.
Enter/confirm your address, date of birth, and gender in Workday as soon as possible (otherwise you will experience a delay in accessing the Benefits Enrollment site).
Read the guidelines at “Who is Eligible?” to make sure all your dependents meet eligibility requirements and enter a Social Security number (SSN) for each one.
Provide documentation to enroll your dependents in Marvell’s benefits plans within the first 31 days of your start date.
Step 2
ACTIVATE YOUR 401(K)
You can activate your 401(k) the Monday after your hire date.
Make sure to list beneficiaries for your 401(k) funds!
Step 3
VIEW YOUR PAYSTUBS
Enroll to view your paystubs online
at the ADP iPayStatements portal
after you receive your first paycheck.
Take note: Look for your medical ID card to be mailed to your home address within 3–4 weeks of enrolling in your new hire benefits.
Remember: You won’t be mailed an ID Card for dental and vision insurance.
Your First Three Months:
After electing your benefits, take time to learn more about Marvell’s comprehensive Benefits Program, ranging from employee discounts to better ways to save on healthcare expenses.
