Opt-Out Credit

If you have medical coverage outside of Marvell then you may waive coverage from Marvell’s medical insurance (Kaiser, Anthem, Tufts) and receive a credit of $250 each month. The $250 is divided between the number of pay periods each month and is considered taxable income.

You can opt-out of medical insurance, receive the $250 credit, and still be enrolled in dental and vision insurance. There is no additional credit if you choose to opt-out of medical, dental and vision; the opt-out credit is just for medical coverage.
